We had a fantastic stay at Impar Studios. the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from all the main tourist spots and steps away from Sao Bento train station. the apartment itself was spacious and had a lovely balcony with views of the train station. the kitchenette was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. Despite being in a busy area, we were able to sleep peacefully. the staff, especially Jose, was helpful and provided great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: No issues 👍.

The location was incredibly convenient, just across from Sao Bento station, and the host was very helpful with any personal requests I had. The communication was excellent, and I loved the cleanliness of the room. The bed was big and comfortable, and I enjoyed relaxing on the small balcony. The coffee pods were a nice touch, and despite being close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet. Outstanding experience at a great price.
